What better movie to kick-start this blog then Martyrs. One of the finest movies in recent years; strong, horrifying and unique! The movie is tastefully directed, basically everything is spot-on and Lucie (Mylène Jampanoï) is a real cutie, although trust me she’s the last thing you’ll remember from the movie.
Also worth mentioning is that Pascal Laugier will also be directing a reboot of the original Hellraiser, so that’s something to look out for!

Recently found your blog, and I love it! I just saw this movie last night. It was truly depraved and fascinating all at once. Definitely worth watching if you can stomach it. One I'll remember for a long time.
This raised the bar for all "horror". An absolute classic, though the end premise faulters it worth it alone for the first hour. Must see sickness and nastiness. 5 stars!
